A global introduction
The adult course compares frameworks in the UK, USA, mainland China, Europe and Australia, with African examples from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa. It distinguishes international principles from local legal duties.
Before delivering a course, a competent local safeguarding lead should verify current laws, reporting contacts and procedures. The programme is an introduction, not a complete worldwide legal compliance qualification.
